The ruling on reciting the basmalah after reciting al-Fatihah in prayer, and whether it is to be done aloud or silently

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The seventh question of Fatwa number ( 5634 )
Q7: Is it permissible for the one praying to recite Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim after reciting al-Fatihah, then follow it with another surah in the prayer, and is it to be done aloud or silently?
A7: If he is going to recite a surah after al-Fatihah, he recites the basmalah before it silently. If he is going to recite what is easy from the middle or end of a surah, it is not prescribed for him to recite it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
