Machine translationRead the Arabic original

Q 1: What is the wisdom behind the disagreement among the imams regarding rulings, despite the existence of evidence for their permissibility, such as their disagreement on praying over an absent person, where the wisdom in the disagreement among the imams in rulings, despite the presence of evidence for permissibility, as in their disagreement regarding the funeral prayer for an absent person, where Abu Hanifah and Malik state that it is not permissible, and al-Shafi'i and Ahmad state that it is permissible, even though the hadiths of Abu Hurayrah and Jabir explicitly state what al-Shafi'i and Ahmad held?
A 1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family,
and his companions... And after : The reason for the disagreement among the jurists may be a difference in understanding the hadith, or that the hadith did not reach some of them, or a difference in preferring one evidence over another when they conflict, or a difference regarding the abrogation of a text, or for other reasons. If you wish to expand on this, read the book: (Raf' al-Malam 'an al-A'immah al-A'lam) by the Shaykh al-Islam Ahmad ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him), and you will find what satisfies, if Allah wills. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
