A: The hadith is weak and inconsistent; due to discrepancies in its text and chain of narration. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Whoever prays forty prayers in my mosque without missing an obligatory prayer, Allah will forgive his previous sins
من صلى في مسجدي أربعين صلاة دون أن يفوته فرض غفر الله ما تقدم من ذنبهWhoever prays forty days in my mosque without missing an obligatory prayer, he will emerge from his sins as his mother gave birth to him
من صلى في مسجدي أربعين يومًا دون أن يفوته فرض يخرج من ذنوبه كما ولدته أمهA: The hadith is weak and inconsistent; due to discrepancies in its text and chain of narration. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
