A woman may recite aloud
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sixth question of Fatwa No. ( 2634 ):
Q6: Is it permissible for a woman to recite aloud in the Fajr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers, like a man, or is it the opposite, so that she prays with a silent recitation?
A6: If she is alone in her house, or with her mahrams, or with women only, she may recite aloud. If she leads women in prayer in her house, where they are alone, she should recite aloud. However, if she is praying and there are non-mahram men around her who can hear her voice, it is better that she not recite aloud. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
