Using newspaper paper to wrap things or spread on the ground

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 9354 ):
Q3: What is the ruling on using newspaper paper to wrap things or spread it on the ground and then throwing it in the trash, knowing that some pages contain verses from the noble Book of Allah, and how can the printed verses in newspapers be protected while they are circulated among all people of different religions?
A3: It is not permissible to use them as mentioned, nor to throw them in
the trash; because of the disrespect shown to the Quranic verses, Prophetic hadiths, and the names of Allah the Exalted contained therein. The way to handle them is to preserve what is needed from them, and to burn what is not needed, or to bury them far away from filth and people's paths. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
