The second question of Fatwa No. ( 9355 ):
Q2: What are the rights of the disbelievers who work with us in the companies, namely the Sikhs , Hindus , and Christians , and what are our obligations toward them? And how can we deal with them without falling into loyalty (al-wala')?
A2: You call them to Islam, you enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, you repay their kindness with kindness, and you attract them to Islam through good conduct, while hating the disbelief and misguidance in which they are. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
