Considering the Jews and Christians who did not believe in Muhammad (peace be upon him) as disbelievers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourteenth question of Fatwa No. ( 6505 ):
Q14: What is the ruling in Islam regarding the Jews and the Christians , for example, those to whom the message of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) reached and who knew of it, but they did not follow him and instead followed their religion?
A14: They are considered disbelievers and are treated as disbelievers in the rulings of this world and the Hereafter. Their adherence to their religion does not benefit them in light of their disbelief in what our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) brought. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
