Q 3: What should one do if he has a non-Muslim brother, sister, or son?
A 3: He should invite his non-Muslim relatives, or others, to Islam, and explain to them the merits of the religion and its leniency in its legislation and rulings, and that it will not accept anything from anyone on the Day of Resurrection other than it; perhaps Allah will guide them through his hand; due to the saying of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in His clear Book:[An-Nahl 16:125]
And His saying (Mighty and Majestic):[Ash-Shu'ara 26:214] And the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih Muslim 1893a . May Allah guide us and you to His pleasure. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

ادْعُ إِلَى سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ وَجَادِلْهُمْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُAnd His saying (Mighty and Majestic):
And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred.
وَأَنْذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ الأَقْرَبِينَOne who guides to something good has a reward similar to that of its doer.
