The Shaykh : All right. A man or a woman fears the crowd if he or she throws the pebbles at the beginning of the time on the twelfth day, then hastens and delays the throwing until the crowd thins out, and he or she does not fear the crowd except after sunset, so he or she throws and departs. Is this permissible or not? It is permissible, it is permissible, because this delay is due to dire necessity. It is like one who sleeps through a prayer or forgets it; he prays it when he remembers it. We say: As long as he cannot bear the crowd and delays until the sun has set, and his firm intention is that he is hastening and not delaying, we say: Allah the Exalted says: [At-Taghabun 64:16]. And He says: [Al-Hajj 22:78].
I ask Allah the Exalted to grant us and you a Hajj that is accepted, a sin that is forgiven, and an effort that is rewarded.
The discussion on the prohibitions of ihram remains. However, the time does not allow for it, so let it be postponed, if Allah wills, to the next meeting, and we will speak about it then.
The student: May Allah reward the honorable Shaykh with the best reward and benefit us all with what we have heard.
So fear Allah as much as you are able
فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْand has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty
وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍI ask Allah the Exalted to grant us and you a Hajj that is accepted, a sin that is forgiven, and an effort that is rewarded.
