A8: It is obligatory for the believer to abandon these violations, and it is obligatory for him to follow the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). This is a known matter, and there is no obedience to the imam or anyone else in the sins of Allah (Mighty and Majestic); due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan Abi Dawud 2625Sahih (Al-Albani) , and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Mishkat al-Masabih 3696 . And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
