The third question of Fatwa No. ( 4297 ):
Q3: What is the meaning of the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim, in which he said:Sahih al-Bukhari 6930 Who is the person referred to in this hadith, and what time period did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) refer to?
A3: This hadith and what is similar to it were said by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the group known as the Khawarij ; because they exaggerate in religion and declare Muslims disbelievers for sins that Islam has not made grounds for disbelief. They rebelled during the time of 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) and objected to him regarding certain matters. He called them to the truth and debated them on the issue, so many of them returned to the right path, while others remained. When they transgressed against the Muslims, 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) fought them, and the imams after him fought them as well, acting in accordance with the aforementioned hadith and other hadiths of similar meaning. They have remnants to this day, and the ruling is general for everyone who believes
their belief in every time and place. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

During the last days there will appear some young foolish people who will say the best words but their faith will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have no faith) and will go out from (leave) their religion as an arrow goes out of the game. So, where-ever you find them, kill them, for who-ever kills them shall have reward on the Day of Resurrection.
