Dental Treatment
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 21104 )
Q1: Extracting teeth and replacing them with new ones , is this changing the creation of Allah? .
A1 : There is no harm in treating damaged or defective teeth by removing their harm or extracting them, and placing artificial teeth in their place if necessary; because this is permissible treatment to remove harm, and this does not fall under changing the creation of Allah as the questioner understood; because the intended meaning of fitrah (the innate natural disposition) in His saying, the Exalted:[Ar-Rum 30:30] : is the religion of Islam. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
