Q5: How do we achieve Islamic unity for an Islamic ummah (the Muslim community) in our time, when we see and hear every day of a Muslim killing his Muslim brother (for example:
the Palestine Liberation Organization and what is happening in it - Iraq and Iran and what is between them) and others of our scattered Arab ummah (the Muslim community) who have agreed not to agree?
A5: Achieving Islamic unity is done by what was achieved in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) of correct 'aqidah (creed), sincere faith, and acting according to the Book of Allah the Exalted and the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and calling to it and being patient with the harm in it. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions, and peace upon them.
