When is a person compelled to commit what Allah the Exalted has forbidden?

The Shaykh : When is a person compelled to commit what Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) has forbidden? This is a matter well known among the jurists of the Muslims, with no disagreement among them, in that one must take the prescribed means and causes that prevent one from falling into what necessity has compelled one to do. The Saudis never did that; rather, they jumped straight to seeking the aid of the countries of disbelief.
