Does the combining of prayers due to work apply to all jobs, or only to specific jobs?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Yes, regarding this matter.

The questioner : Does this apply because of specific jobs, or to all jobs?

The Shaykh : I think my answer was clear. It does not apply to all jobs, because there are jobs where a person leaves his workplace without care and meets his companion outside the premises, and so on. So who is more entitled to leave in order to perform the prayer at its proper time? However, I emphasized that if a person has a job from which he cannot deviate—and I repeated this word—then in this case it is permissible for him to combine the prayers in this manner to remove the hardship we mentioned earlier. As for the rest of the employees, it is an obligatory duty for them to maintain the performance of the prayers, to perform the prayers at their times, and to do so in congregation in the mosque, not in a prayer room or any other place.
