Request for clarification from Your Eminence regarding the validity of the prayer of one who prays Maghrib behind one who is praying 'Isha, in the case of a discrepancy

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner says, honorableThe Shaykh : Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy and blessings. And after: We request from Your Eminence clarification of the ruling on the validity of the prayer of one who prays Maghrib behind one who is praying 'Isha, given that a discrepancy occurs, as the apparent form does not match. And how is the answer to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
The Imam is to be followed إنما جعل الإمام ليؤتم به
Sahih al-Bukhari 1236
And in it:
So do not differ from him. فلا تختلفوا عليه
?

The Shaykh : Did you understand the question? The question is: Is it permissible for a person to pray behind an imam who differs from him in intention? That is, the imam is praying 'Isha. So a person enters with him to pray Maghrib. The intention is different. Is that not so? Now, is it permissible to enter with him despite the difference in intention? The answer is: Yes. It is permissible. And what is the obstacle? And this does not contradict the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
The Imam is (appointed) to be followed. So do not differ from him إنما جعل الإمام ليؤتم به فلا تختلفوا عليه
Sahih al-Bukhari 722
Because the Messenger (may Allah's prayer and peace be upon him) explained this phrase and said:
say Takbir when he says it; bow when he bows إذا كبر فكبروا. وإذا ركع فاركعوا
Sahih al-Bukhari 805
. As for the difference in the prayer of the follower, it does not harm, because if this follower enters with the imam who is praying 'Isha in the first rak'ah, his Maghrib prayer ends when the imam stands for the fourth. So let him separate from the imam, intending to separate, recite the tashahhud, and complete it, then stand with the imam for the remainder of the 'Isha prayer. If he enters with the imam in the second rak'ah, what happens? In the second rak'ah, the imam is praying 'Isha! And the follower entered with him with the intention of Maghrib in the second rak'ah. He says the taslim with him. He says the taslim with him and it does not harm. Some people say: If he enters with him in the second rak'ah, this entrant sits in the first rak'ah. Is that not so? He sits in the first rak'ah? - Be certain - Yes, he sits in the first rak'ah, because his first is the imam's second. Now, likewise, if the imam stands for the fourth, it is incumbent upon him to sit, because Maghrib sits in the second. And here he does not sit; he follows the imam. So he recites the tashahhud in a place other than the place of tashahhud, and leaves the tashahhud in the place of tashahhud. We say: This does not harm. This difference does not harm. Have you seen if he entered with the imam in the Zuhr prayer with the intention of Zuhr, but entered in the second rak'ah? Does the form of his prayer differ or not? It differs. If he enters with the imam with the intention of Zuhr, and the imam is praying Zuhr. But he entered in the second rak'ah. He will recite the tashahhud in the first rak'ah. And he will leave the tashahhud in the second rak'ah. And he will recite the tashahhud in the third rak'ah. And this does not harm, because what was not of his prayer, but he did it following the imam, he is commanded to follow the imam. Yes.
