What is the ruling on the hadith: “You only need to wash your garment from excrement, urine, semen, pre-seminal fluid, blood, and vomit,” and the hadith

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Here is a question about two hadiths: the first is the saying of the Messenger (peace be upon him) to 'Amir:
You only need to wash your garment from excrement, urine, semen, pre-seminal fluid, blood, and vomit إنما تغسل ثوبك من الغائط والبول والمني والمذي والدم والقيء
The second hadith is:
One in a state of major ritual impurity and a menstruating woman do not recite anything from the Qur'an لا يقرأ الجنب والحائض شيئًا من القرآن
The question is about the authenticity of the hadiths? The answer is: both are weak, and one is weaker than the other.
