What is the linguistic definition of the injustice that permits a person to backbite someone? Because many claim to be wronged, when they are not.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : e : The linguistic definition, because every person speaks about another and says, "I am wronged." So how do we distinguish that this injustice which this hadith permitted him to backbite for...?

The Shaykh: There is no limit. Whoever wants to reach and get rid of him, it is permissible for him to backbite him.

The questioner : e : Let us suppose that the person is deluded. Here is a very useful discussion: if a person wants to be patient with a person who backbites him... this person wronged him, he is wronged, and he wants to remove the injustice from himself, so backbiting was made permissible for him. So how do we want to distinguish between the backbiting that is permissible by the Shari'ah and the backbiting that is forbidden by the Shari'ah?

The Shaykh: This is a question that has no answer. Does a person not know himself?!

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh: Allah says:
fear Allah as He should be feared اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ
[Ali 'Imran 3:102]
, what is
true fear of Allah حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ
? Everyone knows his own state.
Pray standing, and if you cannot, then sit صلِّ قائمًا ، فإن لم تستطع فجالسًا
Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2:622
Define for me the ability? No one can define it. Every person knows himself. Allah (Mighty and Majestic) — nothing is hidden from Him on earth or in the sky. So a person must fear Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Our purpose here is to clarify the rulings of the Shari'ah. As for playing with people, that is possible; people play with one another. But Allah (Mighty and Majestic) — nothing is hidden from Him on earth or in the sky.
