Explaining that women have more free time for the Duha prayer than men, and encouraging the virtues of these acts.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Thus, in this hadith, the virtues of these acts are explained, including giving water to those in need. When a person performs these virtues, he has fulfilled the obligation of thanking Allah (Mighty and Majestic) for His blessings upon His servants by creating for them these joints, which number three hundred and sixty. Therefore, this person should give charity every day of three hundred and sixty charities. This is not a difficult matter, for the Messenger (peace be upon him) has made it easy for us and facilitated it by mentioning some examples that make it easy for everyone to perform, whether on an occasion or without one. If you see something wrong, you forbid it; if you see a person who does not pray well, you enjoin upon him what is right to improve his prayer. This is on an occasion. Without an occasion, if you find yourself with free time, you sit and say, Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illa Allah, Allahu Akbar, Ma sha'a Allah, in whatever number. Every tasbih, every tahmid, and every takbir is a charity, and this is without an occasion.
Then he said (peace and blessings be upon him), and this is the ultimate facilitation of the path to fulfilling the obligation of thanking Allah for these joints He created in the human being. He said in other hadiths:
And two rak'ahs of Duha gather all of that for you. ويجمع لك ذلك كلَّه ركعتا الضحى
As-Sunan al-Kubra lil-Nasa'i 63:128
So I advise you and myself, as far as we are able and whenever we find free time, to pray two rak'ahs every day. In my opinion, women are more entitled than men to perform this virtue because they are free at home; no matter how much work they have, their idle time, in my opinion, is close to their work time or more than that. Whereas the man is in his job, in his factory, in his shop, in his office, and so on, and may not find this specific time, the time of Duha. Therefore, let every man and woman strive to fulfill the obligation of thanking Allah (Mighty and Majestic) by doing what is right and offering as much charity as he can. The easiest of all this is to pray the two rak'ahs of Duha every day.
