Mentioning some benefits of saying "Prayer is better than sleep" in the first adhan, as is the Sunnah, contrary to what the majority of Muslims do today by mentioning it in the second adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And one more thing, and a final one, which is very beautiful:
A person may wake up to the Fajr adhan, especially in Ramadan, and wonder: Is this the first adhan or the second? If he listens carefully and the first adhan is according to the Sunnah, and he hears "Prayer is better than sleep," he will know that this is the first adhan. At that point, he has the opportunity to eat the pre-dawn meal if he intends to fast, or to complete the night prayer, even if it is just one unit from the end of the night, as mentioned in the authentic hadith. However, under the current situation, he cannot seize this benefit because the Sunnah was moved from the first adhan to the second adhan. Therefore, there must be a difference in the composition of the first adhan compared to the second adhan so that the benefit of this addition is realized. Why did he (peace and blessings be upon him) add it to the first adhan?
So that the sleeper may return and the one who is eating the pre-dawn meal may continue. If "Prayer is better than sleep" is said to those who are already awake, it is a statement that seems like idle talk and is not fitting for the Sunnah. Therefore, moving this good phrase to the first adhan and returning it to the Sunnah is actually obligatory.
Whoever revives a Sunnah of mine after me will have its reward and the reward of whoever acts upon it until the Day of Resurrection ومن أحيا سنة من بعدي فلها أجرها وأجر من عمل بها إلى يوم القيامة
, but I say: the hadith with this wording is weak, and the authentic one is:
He who sets a good precedent in Islam من سنَّ في الإسلام سنة حسنة
Sahih Muslim 1017a
to the end.
But as I told you yesterday during the day, reviving this Sunnah requires prior awareness among the people so that it does not cause commotion and confusion among them. Therefore, I say: let the one present convey it to the one absent, and you have understood the issue with complete clarity, if Allah wills. But it is necessary to prepare the ground for reviving this Sunnah, based on the hadith mentioned more than once, which is his saying (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) to the Lady Aisha regarding the conquest of Makkah:
O Aisha, if it were not that your people are recent in their transition from associating partners with Allah, I would have demolished the Ka'bah and built it on the foundation of Ibrahim (peace and blessings be upon him), and I would have made for it two doors on the ground—look at this beautiful architectural engineering—a door through which they enter and a door through which they exit
, but politics intervened. For Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) had heard this hadith from the Lady Aisha, so he rebuilt the Ka'bah in his time on the foundation of Ibrahim (peace be upon him). Then, with great regret, Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan returned the Ka'bah to how it was before Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr because he was ignorant of this Sunnah. One of the narrators was fair to him and said to him: "O Commander of the Faithful, Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr did not do that except based on what he heard from his aunt Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her)." He said, regretfully: "If I had known that, I would have left what he did as he did it." But it was too late for any remedy.
