Is it permissible for a person to intend more than one prayer in a voluntary prayer, such as "the two rak'ahs of wudu, istikharah, and travel... "?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible to perform the greeting of the mosque, the two rak'ahs of wudu, istikharah, repentance, and the prayer upon returning from travel, and the rawatib, all in one single act? One might combine them in one act, and they could amount to six or seven?
Another questioner: This is stingy.

The Shaykh : Let's go back and see.

The questioner : First, the greeting of the mosque, wudu, istikharah, and repentance.

The Shaykh : Repentance?

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Is there a prayer of repentance?

The questioner : That is how the question is.

The Shaykh : Fine, there is no prayer of repentance, fine.

The questioner : The prayer upon returning from travel.

The Shaykh : The prayer upon returning from travel.

The questioner : Yes, he prays two rak'ahs in the mosque.

The Shaykh : Yes, yes.

The questioner : And the rawatib.

The Shaykh : And the rawatib.

The questioner : It might mean adding to it, for example, the prayer of need. What is its validity?

The Shaykh : This is possible, but with one condition: that the greater intention prevails over the lesser. I mean, I take this sunnah, which is the greeting of the mosque, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded it. If he intends this and then attaches the other intentions to it, he is recorded as having one reward for each intention. However, the act itself does not accept multiplication except by the first intention. But the reverse is not permissible, meaning that one intends, for example, the sunnah of wudu, let alone the rawatib. The rawatib is stronger than the sunnah of wudu, so the greeting of the mosque enters as a follower of this intention. This is not permissible.
