The Shaykh : There are stations in Mina:
First: It is known that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stoned the Pillar of al-'Aqabah as soon as he arrived in Mina. Do you think it is permissible or not permissible for a person to go to his tent, unload his belongings, rest for a while, and then go to stone?
The answer: It is permissible. – The adhan? We are waiting for the adhan now, then we will continue, if Allah wills.
On the Day of Sacrifice in Mina, the pilgrim does five things: First: stoning the Pillar of al-'Aqabah.
Second: the sacrifice.
Third: shaving the head or shortening the hair.
Fourth: circumambulation of the Ka'bah.
Fifth: walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah, if he is performing tamattu' or qiran, or ifrad and has not yet walked between al-Safa and al-Marwah after the circumambulation of arrival.
If one brings some of these things forward in order, there is no blame, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about bringing forward and delaying these things, and he said:. And when someone asked him about bringing forward shaving before the sacrifice, he said: and he did not say: "Do not do it again." So the fact that he said: without saying "Do not do it again" indicates that the matter is broad, and praise be to Allah. This is from the mercy of Allah that a dispensation was granted to the pilgrims. Some people like to start with the circumambulation and walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah before anything else. And some like to stone and then shave so that the people do not gather in one place. For this reason, you find great nations circumambulating and walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah. And you find others stoning. And others going to the place of sacrifice. All of this is from the facilitation, O Allah, praise be to You. So if it happens that you went from Muzdalifah to Mecca and circumambulated and walked between al-Safa and al-Marwah, then you went out and stoned and sacrificed and shaved. What is the ruling? There is no blame. And likewise, if you came to Mecca for the circumambulation and walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah and found the area of circumambulation crowded. And you found the area of walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah more spacious, so you started with the walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah. Is it permissible or not permissible? It is permissible, it is permissible, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about this same issue, and it was said to him: So the matter, praise be to Allah, is broad.
