Is it permissible to delay the Tawaf of Ifadah until the thirteenth day, given that he performed the Sa'y on the tenth day?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, may Allah preserve you, a man on the day of 'Id performed the Sa'y without performing the Tawaf and delayed the Tawaf until the third day, citing the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Do it, and there is no blame on you. افعل ولا حرج
regarding the permissibility of advancing or delaying. Is his action correct?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is correct. This is correct because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked, and a man said to him:
Did I perform the Sa'y before the Tawaf? He said: There is no harm. سعيت قبل أن أطوف ؟ قال : لا حرج
.

The questioner : Is there a requirement of consecutiveness between the Tawaf and the Sa'y?

The Shaykh : No, it is not a condition, neither in Hajj nor in 'Umrah. Even in 'Umrah, if a person performs the Tawaf at the beginning of the day and the Sa'y at the end of it, or performs the Tawaf during the day and the Sa'y at night, there is no harm. Yes.
