His saying (peace and blessings be upon him): “Who will give charity to this?” Is this not an acknowledgment by him of the second congregation?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):
Who will give charity to this? من يتصدَّق على هذا ؟
Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:693
, does this contain an acknowledgment by the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) of the permissibility of the congregation prayer a second time?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is an acknowledgment by him, but is this the congregation we were discussing?

The questioner : No, I mean I.

The Shaykh : No, you mean yes, and I mean I am asking you, is this the prayer we were discussing?

The questioner : It is not this one, but the second congregation in the mosque when the iqamah is called, meaning when a latecomer arrives.

The Shaykh : May Allah guide you, you are repeating yourself, the hadith is well known, and your question is clear, is this not an acknowledgment by the Messenger of this congregation? The answer: Yes, I gave you the answer, did I or not? I am asking you now? Is this congregation that the Messenger acknowledged the one that Imam al-Shafi'i denied? So what is the benefit of citing the hadith of the congregation in a context other than the congregation we were discussing?
That is enough, O Shaykh - May Allah guide you -! It is now eight and a third. We are done, we gave you half an hour for it to happen. But O people! ... We ... are traveling. Do you allow us to leave?
