The issue of the ruling on the second congregation in the mosque?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : This is the imam who appoints the imams in the mosques on his behalf, and therefore no one has the right to appoint himself as an imam, which is the second congregation = -- And upon you be peace, and upon you be peace and the mercy of Allah and His blessings -- =, so he has no right to appoint himself as an imam. The hadith you are referring to is in one context, and the congregations that are held today, which the question is focused on, are in another context. The distinguishing point between the two congregations can be summarized, because the hadith in this hadith is very long, and the summary of that is that the congregation mentioned in the hadith is a voluntary congregation, and in that congregation there is one who gives charity and one who receives it, whereas in these congregations there is nothing of that.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : So, first of all -- be patient, may Allah bless you --, so, first of all, it is an obligatory congregation, whereas the one in the hadith is a voluntary congregation. Second, there is not in it this distinguishing factor; that one has one who gives charity and one who receives it, and this one has nothing of this detail. The one who gives charity in the congregation mentioned in the hadith is the one who prayed behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he acquired two virtues through this prayer: the first is the virtue of the congregational prayer, which is established in every prescribed congregation, and it is as he (peace be upon him) said:
The prayer in congregation is twenty five times superior to the prayer offered by person alone. صلاة الجماعة تفضل صلاة الفذِّ بخمسٍ أو بسبعٍ وعشرين درجة
Sahih al-Bukhari 646
. He acquired these ranks first, then he acquired the virtue of praying behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). By that, he was wealthy and able to give charity to other poor people. The one who entered the mosque after him, when the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed with his Companions, was a jurist, so that is the one who gave charity to. So tell me: who is the one who gives charity in these congregations, and who is the one who receives it? There is nothing.

The questioner : I entered the mosque after the congregation had ended. Do I pray for myself?

The Shaykh : Yes, for yourself.

The questioner : The second congregation?
