What is the meaning of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): “Whoever gives charity to this man and prays with him”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)
Who will give charity to this man? من يتصدق على هذا
Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:693
?

The Shaykh : Yes, this is regarding a man who entered.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was with his Companions, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever gives charity to this man and prays with him من يتصدّق على هذا فيصلي معه
Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:694
Then one of the men stood up and prayed with him, and this is evidence for the prescription of congregational prayer for those who missed the prayer.

The questioner : Very well.

The Shaykh : So if a group of people enters the mosque and the prayer has ended, then what is prescribed for them is to pray in congregation, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded the establishment of the congregation after he had prayed with his Companions.
