Continuation of the case of a worker unable to perform Hajj due to poverty, but his guarantor paid him what was sufficient for his Hajj, so he went to perform Hajj last year with his companions

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : They should not perform Hajj on his behalf, because one who is unable to complete his rites due to death does not have them completed for him. The evidence for this is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the man whose she-camel fell on him on the Day of 'Arafah:
Bathe him with water mixed (with the leaves of) lote tree and shroud him In his two (pieces of) cloth and cover neither his head nor his face, for he would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya.اغسلوه بماء وسدر وكفنوه في ثوبيه، ولا تخمروا رأسه، ولا تحنطوه، فإنه يبعث يوم القيامة ملبياً
Sahih Muslim 1206f
And he did not order them to complete the rites on his behalf. So this man has presented himself to his Lord, and we ask Allah for His forgiveness for him.
