regarding the manner of moving the finger in the tashahhud?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... moving the finger in the prayer?

The Shaykh : Moving the finger: there is only one hadith, which is the hadith of Wa'il ibn Hujr: that he saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he sat for the tashahhud in the prayer, saying:
and I saw him moving it, supplicating with it فرأيته يحرِّكها يدعو بها
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1268Sahih (Darussalam)
. This movement is not as some of our brothers from the people of the Sunnah do it; it does not mean lowering and raising. The movement is like this. As for this, that is lowering and raising, and no hadith has ever come with that. This is called lowering and raising. As for the movement, it is a movement in its place, like this. And it is authentic from Imam Ahmad that he said: "He moves it vigorously."
This is what can be said in answer to this question.
