If a person takes a land deed from his brother and puts it in his own name, then presents it to the real estate bank

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: If a person takes a land deed from his brother and puts it in his own name, then presents it to the real estate bank. Then later he returns the land to its owner and writes the deed in the name of the original owner. And in it there may be a consideration or there may be no consideration. Is this contrary to trust or not?

The Shaykh : Yes. By Allah, this is contrary to trust, combining lying, betrayal, and consuming wealth unjustly, and causing problems in the future. Therefore, I say: this is a forbidden act that is not permissible for a Muslim to do.
And this is the last question because the time has ended.
