What is the ruling on one who owns two plots of land, plants in one plot without a deed, and sells the produce using the deed of the other plot, which has not been planted?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. O Shaykh, a man has two farms: one in Madinah with a deed but no planting, and one here in al-Qassim for wheat. When he wants to sell the produce, he sells it to the state using the deed of the Madinah farm, and the state does not permit that.

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : Is it permissible?

The Shaykh : Why does he not sell using the deed of al-Qassim?

The questioner : It has no deed.

The Shaykh : Ah, yes. In the name of Allah, first, this question, as you heard, involves planting in land that has no deed and submitting the produce in the name of land that has a deed but no planting. My question now is: is this lying or truth? Ask. Yes?

The questioner : Lying.

The Shaykh : Lying. Good. Is acquiring wealth through lying lawful or forbidden? Forbidden.
Therefore, this thing is not lawful, and sustenance is not sought through sins. If you want sustenance, fear Allah and obey Allah, as Allah the Exalted said:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect. ومن يتق الله يجعل له مخرجا ويرزقه من حيث لا يحتسب
[At-Talaq 65:2-3]

The questioner : O Shaykh, both lands are his property.

The Shaykh : Yes, but he only submitted it in the name of the land that was not planted. For example, he says, "I planted in such-and-such land, for example, in Madinah," when he did not plant there. However, if they accept it without specification, by saying, "I planted this in my property," without specifying, there is no harm.
But he wants to specify. That is, if he submits it saying, "This planting is from my land or my orchard," and does not specify, there is no harm. But he must specify.

The questioner : If he submits the deed of Madinah, it is clear that he planted in Madinah.

The Shaykh : Yes, there is no doubt, so this would be

The questioner : deception.

The Shaykh : Yes, this would be lying.
