The Shaykh : Because it falls under the category of vows made in anger or obstinacy, as the jurists have named it.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Since he only vowed with the intention of abstaining, if he wishes to marry a woman while his wife is with him, he may do so, but he must expiate the oath.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : He must feed ten poor people.

The questioner : Yes.
