The ruling on saying the takbir before ruku' and sujud and the remaining pillars.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A question about our prayer: The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say the takbir in every lowering and raising. So his saying "in" is certainly for the time of the action. I observed, Your Eminence, do you have a sunnah that he says the takbir before starting the ruku' or while he is standing?

The Shaykh : It is permissible, my brother. The takbir is mentioned in "The Description of Prayer." It is permissible to say the takbir before starting the pillar and after it as well. This is from one aspect. From another aspect, since the gathering here requires them to hear it, I see it as expedient to hasten the takbir before starting the movement down. Therefore, I used to see that there should be something for preparation, and that there should be a microphone here at the bottom as well, so that we respond to the sunnah in the takbir and on the pillar, as you indicate in your observation regarding the preposition "in."
Yes.
