The Time for the Takbir of Prostration

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
O Shaykh! May Allah reward you: What is the manner of saying the takbir for prostration? Is it from the moment one stands up, or from the moment one descends into prostration?
The takbir for prostration is said from the moment one descends, and it should be completed before reaching the ground. Likewise, for all the takbirs of transition, it is best that they be said between the two pillars, whether for bowing, prostrating, or standing up from prostration. One should not begin before the transition and should not finish after it. One should strive to do this, but one should not begin before the transition starts; rather, one begins from the moment of transition. Then, if one is able to complete the takbir before reaching the next pillar, that is fine; otherwise, there is no harm in completing it after reaching the next pillar.
