Chapter: "Let him avoid the face when striking": He narrated with his authentic chain from Abu Hurayrah - likewise - from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
When one of you strikes his servant, let him avoid his face. إِذَا ضَرَبَ أحدُكُم خادِمَه فليجتَنِبِ الوَجهَ

; he may strike him in any place, but he must not strike him in the face, in honor of this face which is in the likeness of Adam's face, and Allah (Mighty and Majestic) has honored this face above all else He has created.
