Explanation of the Chapter

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The Shaykh said: "The chapter on a man kissing a young girl." Here, naturally, the case of an older girl is excluded, so it is not permissible for a non-mahram man to kiss an older girl. What is the dividing line between a young girl and an older one? Without a doubt, this is determined by observation. If a girl is young in age, for example, but is beautiful in appearance and full-bodied, some people's desires may be drawn to her. In that case, it is not permissible for a stranger to approach her to kiss her, because kissing a young girl falls under the general category mentioned previously.
He is not one of us who does not have mercy on our young ليس منَّا من لم يرحَمْ صغيرنا
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1919Hasan (Darussalam)
And in terms of specific details regarding the story of al-Husayn, we are now looking at another story about some of the Companions who kissed a young girl. This kiss is a kiss of mercy. If there is a fear that this kiss might turn into lust, then it is not permissible. Here, the author narrates under the heading: "The chapter on a man kissing a young girl":
