A mosque with a regular imam in which the five daily prayers are performed, but the Friday prayer is not held; is the greeting of the mosque obligatory for the one who enters?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A mosque with a regular imam in which the five daily prayers are performed, but the Friday prayer is not held; is there a greeting of the mosque for the one who enters? And what is the evidence?
My Shaykh, this is all that was asked. The questioner asks: What is the evidence? And the ruling of the evidence, as I told you last time: he asks the question and he must provide the evidence; do not be careless!
Please.

The Shaykh : Is his name Ahmad?

The questioner : Is his name Ahmad?

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : By Allah, I do not know. I did not write his name or anything. He works at the Ministry of Health in the Emirates, and I wrote it on one of the Ministry of Health’s memos.

The Shaykh : Yes, of course, this mosque described in the question is, as the questioner says, a mosque. And in that case, the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) applies to it:
If anyone of you enters a Mosque, he should not sit until he has offered a tworak` at prayer. إذا دخل أحدكم المسجد ؛ فلا يجلس حتى يصلي ركعتين
Sahih al-Bukhari 1167
. This is the answer, and this is the evidence.
