Introduction to the Importance of Seeking Knowledge Through the Method of Questioning

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : ... Therefore, we recommend, in accordance with the Shari'ah on one hand, and to achieve... we recommend this method of disseminating knowledge, which is the method of question and answer; especially since it came in the authentic hadith encouraging... knowledge... which some of those who have no knowledge issued a fatwa for, and he was afflicted with many wounds in his body, so he had a wet dream while he was in one of the battles or one of the expeditions... so he performed ghusl there because he was wounded, so he said - (peace and blessings be upon him) - criticizing those who issued this unjust and oppressive fatwa, he said - (peace be upon him) - :
They killed him, may Allah kill them, did they not ask when they were ignorant? For indeed, the cure for ignorance is asking قتلوه قاتلهم الله ، ألا سألوا حين جهلوا ؛ فإنما شفاء العيِّ السؤال
; the cure for ignorance is asking.
Therefore, we take advantage of the opportunity of this gathering, which I would have liked to be repeated and multiplied, and for the time to be wider and wider, but among the beliefs of the Muslims is that what Allah wills happens, and what He does not will does not happen, so we are now seizing this opportunity and answering what is feasible to answer from the questions submitted.
