The Shaykh mentioned that he had forgotten the lesson book and seized the opportunity to speak on two topics: a woman shaving the hair on her face if she is hairy

The Shaykh : ... We praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our own souls and from our bad deeds. Whoever Allah guides, no one can mislead, and whoever He misleads, no one can guide. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger, [Ali 'Imran 3:102], [An-Nisa 4:1], [Al-Ahzab 33:70-71]. As for what follows:
Indeed, the best of speech is the speech of Allah, and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and the worst of matters are their innovations, and every innovation is a religious innovation, and every religious innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Fire. And after that:
For some reason or for some wisdom, I forgot today's lesson book in the library. Then, while I was walking on the road, a path opened up before me for a topic I have long pursued, which is not new to you. It is the question of a woman if she is hairy, or if she has grown a beard—that is how the question came to me while I was walking on the road. So I answered it with what I believe to be the truth before Allah: that it is not permissible for a woman, let alone a man, to touch her beard with harm. I had recently extracted a correct Prophetic hadith and appended it to my book "Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah" (The Chain of Authentic Hadiths). I had been away from it for a while, but it seems its meaning was firmly rooted in my mind; that is because I hum about it in many of the words I speak regarding this issue. I saw it beneficial for our brothers present now to let them hear this hadith; to recite its text to them, and then direct my speech around it in two points. The first is what I mentioned earlier, and the other is for an issue—also—one I have spoken about more than once: the topic of lengthening the lower garment regarding the Prophetic expression and the old Arabic expression. What concerns us today is lengthening the pants and lowering them to the ground and dragging them, considering that this is the fashion imported from the Western countries.
O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over you, an Observer.
(70) O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. (71) He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.
