Guidelines and instructions for the brothers being invited regarding the management and organization of the da'wah camp.

Muhammad Ra'fat: Regarding the specific matter I want to address, concerning the organizational aspect of this gathering, we would like to have one of the brothers selected as the supervisor of the camp. Why? Because we want this gathering to be organized, if Allah wills. Especially since we said in the general point that many, indeed all of us, want organization, want the right thing to be done, and want such and such. So if we achieve organization or the correct system for this noble, honorable work, by the permission of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), we will succeed.
Some observations I noticed in our previous gathering here, or at the home of the brother "Abd al-Fattah," are that some of the brothers place the entire burden on others. For example, if the brothers from "al-Zarqa," "...," or "Amman" are invited, the work falls on two or three of the most active brothers. What about the rest? How are you? Perhaps our brother cuts his hand while preparing a salad or something; no, he is your brother and you are his brother. So we need to work together. For example, if one of us goes to the bathroom and finds it dirty, even if it is currently clean, we should not leave the burden on the brothers of that area, saying they are not cleaning it. No, whoever sees something that can be done or that he is able to do, he should do it. For example, a piece of paper, may Allah exalt you, is not thrown in the toilet; there is a place for paper. Another thing: if someone wants to relieve himself, he does so in the designated place, not elsewhere. If he finds it like this, he says to one of the responsible brothers, for example: "I do not know where the things are that are cleaned with." Why? Because this gives us, if Allah wills, cleanliness. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Cleanse your courtyards,"
Cleanse your courtyards, and do not imitate the Jews نظِّفوا أفنيتكم ، ولا تتشبَّهوا بيهود
or as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said.
Especially since we are in a mosque, it is supposed that we clean it, purify it, and make it beautiful as much as we are able to do so. Anything regarding washing dishes, for example, last time the sink that was there was used by a group of people. For example, the Tabligh group came to the mosque more than once and I saw them; they did not lock it with us. We came once and locked it. Why? There was disorder. It is possible that some brother accidentally, or not accidentally, I do not know, was negligent, something happened, and he locked the sink. Today, one of the workers sat there, perhaps from eight o'clock to one o'clock, for example, and he was working. So we want, regarding cleaning, to clean and put the dirty tea or such things outside. Any work like this benefits us, if Allah wills, and benefits all the people of the mosque or the area, that we came as organizers, so that what was dirty, we leave clean.
As for saying: Yes, we came and it was like this; no, now we have received it or will receive it, if Allah wills, clean. Even the courtyard of the mosque, the brothers, may Allah reward them with good, cleaned it. So a paper cup of tea, we pour the dirt in the sink or such; no, the place for food, likewise, the supervising brothers regarding the food from the brothers of "al-Zarqa" or "al-Taybah"... he is responsible for them, he is primarily and ultimately responsible for his brothers, whether they cleaned or not. Placing the burden on two or one of our brothers only; I hope, I beg you all, that we seek this for what? To realize in His saying (Glorified and Exalted is He):
cooperate in righteousness and piety وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى
[Al-Ma'idah 5:2]
, this is cooperation for us and for everyone who comes, and likewise they benefit from the house under the mosque and from the mosque.
Regarding sleeping, of course, the place does not accommodate the lower rooms, so any brother who wishes to sleep here, let him sleep. But, for example, we do not need to tell him "get up" when the adhan is called. That is, if one of the brothers alerts him, or one of the brothers wakes up, or gathers... for example, the brother gets up without being asleep and starts snoring, and some people, for example, come from outside; so the brother takes care of all these matters himself, and if one of his neighboring brothers urges him, that is better and better.
The mattress, of course, we will sleep on it. If the brother gets up, he ties his mattress or rolls it up and puts it underneath; he does not leave it in the mosque. Why? Because we will leave immediately after the prayer. That is, the light here or here, we do not use it. The brothers are ready for the Fajr prayer and leaving in the cars, if Allah wills, to be transported to the bushes.
In the matter of the bushes, we do not want anyone to go without permission during the lessons, without the permission of the supervisor responsible for the camp or the gathering. Why? Because it is an area we do not know, or many of us do not know it, unless it is during the break and they say, "Oh our brother, we are going here..." But when the lesson is happening, the brothers, for example, it is known that the lesson is at eight thirty, for example, or nine or such, the brothers should be present. For what? So that we are, likewise, proving to ourselves before others that we are people of order.
That is, another thing, of course, in the bushes, it is forbidden to break trees. So Shaykh Hasan, for example, it is possible that the wind... something, breaks something for him, for example; no, it is forbidden, it is forbidden to light a fire there. But when we want to light a fire, we will choose a place, for example, far from the trees completely and we will do it, because it is forbidden in the bush to light a fire. Why? Because they fear that the fire will spread in the bush and become a fire, and who is responsible for it? The shaykhs! So the truth is, all these matters, I found that I should remind myself and my brothers for, if Allah wills, to be a title for good mention in this area and in this gathering.
And Glorified are You, O Allah, and with Your praise. I bear witness that there is no deity but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You.
I have spoken at length, so the brothers, whoever wishes to ask, speak.
