Opening remarks by Mr. Muhammad Ra'fat for the Daw'ah Camp programs.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Muhammad Ra'fat: ... and may Allah increase us and you in guidance, piety, correctness, and right direction, by the grace of Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He), and then by the activity and efforts of our brothers, especially the Shaykh Muhammad al-Nasir al-Albani, who ... many of our brothers; especially in the past months or years. And we all know that we are waiting for this hour in order to learn, if Allah wills, the purified and correct matters in creed, worship, Shari'ah, character, and conduct, and in order to be raised upon them as well, by the permission of Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He).
Therefore, all the brothers wanted this gathering to be more than once in the previous years. It was facilitated once but not another time. Some of the brothers also wished that the gathering, activity, and meeting = -- and upon you be peace, the mercy of Allah, and His blessings -- = be in other areas. And by the permission of Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He), we will fulfill what we can and what the Shaykh can. As far as I know, this meeting will continue according to the scheduled program from 5:30 today until 6:00 AM on Saturday, if Allah wills. Many programs will be interspersed with this gathering, and we ask Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) to help us achieve many of them. To the brothers, especially those who do not have the program, here is a brief overview of this program for Thursday, Friday, Saturday night, and Saturday morning.
Opening remarks by Mr. Muhammad Ra'fat, Maghrib prayer, a general address by Mr. al-Albani from 7:30 to 8:15, followed by Isha' prayer, then dinner, then from 9:30 to 11:00 general questions for Mr. al-Albani. However, the Shaykh may suggest reducing the late-night stay, and I do not know regarding the late-night stay, we can make it ... one and a half hours until 10:30.

The Shaykh: 10:30 is fine.

The questioner: One hour so that we do not contradict the Sunnah too much, even if there is knowledge and research, it is permissible. But the Shaykh thinks that we should sleep early because the night is short, and then sleep until 3:00, if Allah wills. Fajr prayer from 3:00 to 4:00, then immediately after the prayer, if Allah wills, we depart from the mosque to the groves of this area. The brothers who attended last week saw that area, and it is one of the best areas.

Another questioner: Immediately after the prayer?

The questioner: I mean 4:30, if Allah wills, 4:45, 4:50. After that, when we arrive there, if Allah wills, we will be in a lecture by Mr. al-Albani titled "The Path to Establishing an Islamic Society that Rules by What Allah Has Revealed." After this, general questions for Mr. al-Albani from 5:30 to 6:30, then iftar until 7:30. From 7:30 on Friday ... to 8:30, a word from our dear brother Mr.Eid Abbasi : , from 8:30 to 9:30 a word from our dear brother "Husayn al-'Awaisah," from 9:30 to 11:00 a break, and every brother can do what he wishes during that time. But we, if Allah wills, will pray Jumu'ah here. Some brothers suggest that we disperse so that we may benefit and be benefited from the area itself. Some will pray in "Rumaymin," some in "al-Jawzah" nearby, some in "Umm al-'Imd," and some in "Ilan." I mean, we go to these villages by car from among the brothers. If there is a preacher, they will listen. If the preacher does not come, one of them will deliver a sermon or give advice, and the people will benefit, if Allah wills.
From 12:30 to 3:30, departure from the mosque and going to the groves again for lunch, if Allah wills. From 3:30 to 4:00, Asr prayer. From 4:00 to 4:30, a word from our dear brother "Ahmad 'Atiyyah," or whoever represents him or takes his place because he did not attend. From 4:30 to 5:00, a word from our dear Mr. "Kamil Abu ...". From 5:00 to 6:30, a lesson in creed with questions about the lesson for Mr. al-Albani. All of this is in the courtyard, and we will, if Allah wills, be prepared there in the shade of ...
From 6:30 to 7:30, we return to the mosque for Maghrib prayer. From 7:30 to 8:30, a general lesson for Shaykh Nasir in the mosque there, if Allah wills. From 8:30 to 9:30, Isha' prayer with dinner. From 9:30 to 10:00, an explanation of a hadith from the hadiths of rulings by Mr. al-Albani. From 10:00 to 11:00, general questions for the Shaykh. If we make it 10:30, it would be better, if Allah wills. After that, sleep repeats, then Fajr prayer. From 4:00 to 5:00, a lecture on "Divine Decree and Destiny" by Mr. al-Albani. From 5:00 to 6:00, an evaluative session, general advice, and observations from the brothers = -- and upon you be peace and the mercy of Allah -- =. Before this speech, I wanted to ... with the program.
Regarding what is in the program, as the Shaykh said: We will do, if Allah wills, what is possible. What cannot be fully achieved is not entirely abandoned. What is facilitated, if Allah wills, and in which we feel much benefit, we will implement, if Allah wills. What we feel has something better than it, through the suggestions of the brothers or in consultation, will be changed and altered according to the facilitation we can manage, if Allah wills.
