The Shaykh: Indeed, all praise is due to Allah; we praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our own souls and from the badness of our deeds. Whom Allah guides, none can mislead, and whom He leaves to mislead, none can guide. And I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger, [Ali 'Imran 3:102], [An-Nisa 4:1], [Al-Ahzab 33:70-71]. As for what follows:
Indeed, the best of speech is the speech of Allah, and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and the worst of matters are their innovations, and every innovation is a religious innovation, and every religious innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Fire. After that:
We now come to a new chapter from the chapters of "Al-Adab al-Mufrad" by Imam al-Bukhari, which is his saying: "Chapter on Stinginess."
He also narrates, with his authentic chain, from Jabir who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 14:38. A tribe from among the Arab tribes, Banu Salmah, asked the people of this tribe, or some of them: Who is your master? Who is your chief? Who is the highest among you, the one who leads you? We said: "Judd ibn Qays," an Arabic name, "Judd." They said: This is our chief, "Judd ibn Qays," but the group are Arabs and Muslims and truthful in what they say. So after they mentioned that their chief is so-and-so, they followed that by saying: "On the condition that we find him stingy." They mentioned a defect in him, on the condition that we find him stingy; meaning we find him stingy even though he is our chief, and it is expected of a chief to be noble and generous, but this is contrary to that. On the condition that we find him stingy. So the Messenger (peace be upon him) responded to them by saying: , its original form is "adwa'u." Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 14:38.
O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over you, an Observer.
(70) O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. (71) He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.
And what disease is more severe?!
!What illness is worse than miserliness? Rather, your chief is 'Amr ibn al-Jamuh.
