What is the ruling on the hadith: (Indeed, Allah did not touch with His hand except three things: He created Adam with His hand, He created the Garden of Eden with His hand, and He wrote the Torah with His hand)?

The questioner : My Shaykh, the hadith: ; what is the grade of authenticity of this hadith?

Another questioner : There is a hadith about five things.

The Shaykh : First: I do not think there is a hadith in it, rather: ; this exists, but the truth is, I am far from being certain whether it is established or not. If you remember that it is in "Sahih al-Jami'" or "Da'if al-Jami'", the problem is solved.

The questioner : It is not found in "al-Sahihah"; I searched for it, but Shaykh Mahmoud told me while I was in the UAE that it is found in "Mukhtasar al-'Ulum", but I have not come across it, meaning.

The Shaykh : "Mukhtasar al-'Ulum" would be ... .
The student : It is found in "Radd 'Uthman ibn Sa'id al-Darimi 'ala Bashir" ... .

The Shaykh : ... we are asking about it if we have verified it ... upon it.

The questioner : The truth is, when he told me here in the UAE, but I did not come across the book, "Mukhtasar al-'Ulum", otherwise I would have referred to it.

The Shaykh : But I imagine it is found in "al-Jami' al-Saghir", and consequently, Allah knows best, it is found in "Da'if al-Jami'", but I am not sure.

The questioner : I searched in "al-Sahihah" and did not find it.

The questioner : No, I wrote "created" as well, "created by Allah", and "Indeed, Allah did not touch", what is its name? ... .
