The Shaykh : Similar to the two previous hadiths is the following hadith, with which we conclude this lesson. It is his saying: And Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When Allah (Mighty and Majestic) tests a Muslim servant with a trial in his body, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) says to the angel: Record for him the good deeds he used to do. And if He heals him, He washes him and purifies him.
; meaning: his illness was an expiation for him, as mentioned in previous hadiths.
And if He heals him, He washes him and purifies him. And if He takes him, He forgives him and has mercy on him. وإن شفاه غسَّله وطهَّرَه ، وإن قبَضَه غفر له ورحمه
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 5:31
It was narrated by Ahmad, and its narrators are trustworthy.
And this is sufficient, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
Now we look at the questions we have to answer some of them as best we can.
