Ruling on passing through a farm without the owner's permission

There is a farm on the road, and we do not know whether its owner permits people to pass through it or not. Is it permissible for a person to pass through it?The Shaykh: If it is a road that you think is a road, then this is possible. However, the owner of the farm could, if he wished, put up a fence and prevent people from passing. As for if the farm is surrounded by a fence and you want to jump over this fence and walk through, this is not permissible except with the permission and consent of its owner.
