The ruling on a worker eating from the farm of the one he works for without his permission

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner says: He works inside a farm. Is it permissible for him to eat anything from it without the owner’s knowledge? And if the owner knows that I am there, should I ask for permission?

Answer:
There is no harm in eating from it, provided he does not take anything away. He should not go to his home with anything. He is allowed to take from the fruit only what he eats in his stomach, and there is no harm in that. But he must not take anything away; he should not go to his home with anything except with permission.
