Some of the Prescribed Dhikr at the Time of Sleep

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the prescribed dhikr that a person should say when going to sleep?
It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that when he went to sleep, he would blow into his hands with
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Surat al-Ikhlas: 1] and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreakقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Surat al-Falaq: 1] and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
[Surat al-Nas: 1], and then wipe his face and as much of his body as he could with his hands.
This was established from him every night, whenever he intended to sleep.
Similarly, he guided 'Ali ibn Abi Talib and Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with them both) to recite the tasbih and tahmid thirty-three times each, and the takbir thirty-four times, before sleeping,And he said: (for this is better for you than a servant); because they had asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for a servant, and he said: (Shall I not guide you to something better for you than that?), and then he mentioned the tasbih.
Likewise, one should recite the Verse of the Throne, and also recite as much of the dhikr reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as one is able,For example: (In Your name, my Lord, I lay my side down, and by You I raise it. If You take my soul, then forgive it and have mercy on it, and if You release it, then protect it as You protect Your righteous servants).
