Answer: The prescribed recitations include maintaining the recitation of the Verse of the Throne at bedtime, and after every prayer, following the prescribed dhikr after each prayer. Among these is: reciting:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas:1] and the two Mu'awwidhat (chapters of protection) after every prayer, and repeating them three times in the morning and evening, and at bedtime,
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas:1]
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreakقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Al-Falaq:1]
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
[An-Nas:1] suffice him from everything. Among these is: reciting the two verses from the end of Surat al-Baqarah at the beginning of the night:
The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believersآمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ
[Al-Baqarah:285] to the end of the surah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever recites the last two Verses of Surat Al-Baqarah at night, that will be sufficient for him.من قرأهما في ليلة؛ كفتاه

When a person engages in these matters, engages in these supplications of the Shari'ah, and the prescribed dhikr, he is given glad tidings of good. Yes.
