Is the post-prayer dhikr after the tashahhud or after the taslim? And is supplication after the taslim permissible?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is the post-prayer dhikr after the tashahhud or after the taslim? And is supplication after the taslim permissible?

The Shaykh : The best is before the salam, and after the salam one should adhere to what is established in the Sunnah. As for before the salam, one seeks refuge in Allah from the four things, then chooses whatever supplication he wishes. When is this? Before the salam. After the salam, one should adhere to what came in the Sunnah, which are short supplications, such as: "O Allah, You are Peace and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, O Owner of Majesty and Honor," and the like. As for extensive, long, and broad supplication with raising the hands after the prayer, this has no basis.
