The strong person who departs from Muzdalifah with his weak family members

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The strong man who departs with his family before dawn: is his ruling the same as theirs?
If the weak people depart from Muzdalifah before Fajr and their mahram (close relative) is with them, his ruling is the same as theirs; he stons the pillars with them. This is because what is established by following others is established, whereas it is not established independently. And as for the hadith of Ibn 'Abbas: (That the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) sent him to the weak among his family, and he would smear their thighs and say: saying, "My sons, do not ston the pillars until the sun rises") This is a disconnected hadith and is not authentic.
In my view, the current time is such that everyone is considered to be in the category of those who have great difficulty. So, if a dispensation were granted to people in general,And it was said: allowing anyone to depart before Fajr absolutely, as the jurists (may Allah have mercy on them) say: that it is permissible to depart before Fajr even without an excuse, then this opinion would be appropriate. Because in the present time, whenever we find an opportunity to issue a ruling for people that is easier, it is better.
