Departing from Muzdalifah before Fajr

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Issue: If one throws the pebbles from Muzdalifah before dawn, is that permissible?
It is permissible for those for whom it is difficult to push through the crowd, whether young or old,Meaning: an elderly shaykh, a sick person, and women; all of these people are permitted to do so.And if we attribute the reason to the crowd, it is possible to say: Anyone who is able to throw the pebbles at the end of the night in the present time may do so; because the crowd, which is nearly deadly, exists even for the young. Accordingly, we grant a dispensation for throwing the pebbles from Muzdalifah at the end of the night as long as the crowd is severe.
